The best example to give about the quality of their service is when we signed up with them. Our previous payroll service provider had not even registered our firm in various states where they were processing payroll nor did they inform us. As a result we started receiving a ton of letters from various states. The team at EZ Online Payroll understood the situation and helped in the registration process. They also helped us correspond and resolve some of these notices that came and helped normalize the situation. We had employees in 6 states when we signed up and now we have around 19 states where we operate. It is business as usual for them since their processes are flexible and scalable.
